This is my 20th year teaching in the Keansburg School District. I am happy to be at the Joseph R. Bolger Middle School! At JBMS I have taught 5th and 6th grade Science as well as Language Arts.

I enjoy teaching a variety of subjects, but science is by far my favorite topic!

I was raised in Hazlet, and raised my own family in Brick Township. I graduated from Kean University with a BA in Elementary Education and History. I also earned a Masters of Education from Marygrove College and a Masters of Educational Technology  from New Jersey City University.  I truly believe that teachers become teachers because they are forever students, learning new ideas and methods all the time.

Through my years I have also learned so much from my students as well! 

When I am not in school I love to spend time with my family, my dogs and friends.

I love to read and be OUTSIDE!
