Dear Parents,
My name is Mrs. Meyers and I am pleased to be your child's teacher for this upcoming school year. I am looking forward to an exciting and successful school year. What I've learned through out my teaching career is that it is very important to have as much parental involvement in your child's education. I also believe that when you and I work together, your child will receive the best education possible.
This year will be challenging, yet fun for your child. I have high expectations for every student. I believe that students will rise to the expectations around them. I will encourage your child to work hard to meet their potential. I expect all students to use their class time wisely, complete their work and turn in all assignments on time. I allow plenty of time for students to complete class work, and therefore any incomplete work must be completed as additional homework.I feel honored for the chance to work with you, and your child. My door is always open and I am more than willing to meet or talk with you about any needs or concerns regarding your child.
